Our Virtual Coaching Sales Team’s objective is to “convert the unconverted”. We identify the best, most logical opportunities to call a lead throughout your sales funnel. We educate the prospect, develop a relationship, and then walk them through a specially-formulated diagnostic process that sets up a high-end consultative sale. There are two primary roles – the Appointment Setter and the Closer. The appointment setter acts as a customer service agent, getting to know the prospect, their needs, why they opted in for a particular low-end product or informational piece, and what would be a Big Win for them if they decided to invest in a higher-end program. Then their job is to really position the Consultative Closer (your “premier coach”) as an expert in your How-To material, so the prospect treats their next appointment as a life-changing coaching call. In essence, the appointment setter establishes rapport and builds value around the consultative close. Now the consultative closer has a higher level of sales training and skill; their objectives include building rapport, establishing their authority, and then, through enquiry, get the prospect to really step into their next highest and best steps by leading them to invest in your higher end programs.
By having a two-step process, your best sales people are talking to only the most qualified prospects, and you can have someone who has more time but less finely honed sales skills handling that qualification process.
